Binnen de afdeling Claims, zal de Automonteur verantwoordelijk zijn voor het waarborgen van prestaties in lijn met de strategie en het leveren van vlotte, uitstekende diensten met een hoge kwaliteit en efficiëntie. Je rol en verantwoordelijkheden omvatten, maar zijn niet beperkt tot, het verzekeren dat onze operationele activiteiten effectief verlopen en resultaten opleveren die de groei van MILES ondersteunen.
Uw taken
  • Je controleert ons wagenpark in Brussel vanuit een technisch oogpunt.
  • Je voert reparaties uit (bv. lamp vervangen, bandenwissel) en doet technische check-ups zoals bandenspanning, olie- en waterpeil controles rechtstreeks op het voertuig.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de te repareren voertuigen, na ernstige schade of een ongeval, verplaatst worden naar de werkplaats. Je coördineert de ritten naar de werkplaats.
  • Je ondersteunt de documentatie met voor en na foto's van schade.
  • Je installeert zelfstandig technische innovaties en geeft feedback om het uitvoeringsproces te verbeteren.
Je sterke
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gehad, idealiter als automobiel mechatronica technicus, of je hebt een grote passie voor het thema "carsharing | voertuigen". 
  • Je kent goed de weg in Brussel en hebt idealiter ervaring in een gelijkwaardige functie of in een autowerkplaats.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs klasse B.
  • Je bent zeer betrouwbaar, betrokken en hebt een grote mate van persoonlijke verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent een teamspeler en wilt samen met ons de stedelijke mobiliteit verbeteren.
  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Vermogen om in een snelle en evoluerende omgeving te functioneren.
  • Zelfverzekerde, charismatische en welbespraakte houding.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig en efficiënt te werken.

Automotive Mechanic (f/m/x/d) - English/Dutch/French

Your Mission

Within Claims, the Automotive Mechanic will be responsible for ensuring performance in line with the strategy and delivering lean, excellent services with high quality and efficiency. Your role and responsibilities will include but not be limited to ensuring that our operations run effectively, delivering results that support MILES growth.

  • You will monitor our fleet in Brussels from a technical point of view.
  • You will carry out repairs (e.g. lamp replacement, tire change), technical check-ups such as tire pressure, oil and water level checks directly on the vehicles.
  • You take care of the disposition of repair and accident vehicles and coordinate the trips to the workshop.
  • You support the documentation with before and after pictures of damages.

  • You install technical innovations independently and provide feedback to improve the implementation process.

Your strenghts
  • You have a technical education, ideally as an automotive mechatronics technician, or you have a great passion for the topic of "car sharing | vehicles". 
  • You know your way around in Brussels very well and ideally have experience in a similar position or in a car workshop.
  • You are in possession of a valid class B driver's license.
  • You are very reliable, committed and have a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • You are a team player and want to improve urban mobility with us.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Confident, charismatic and eloquent demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Au sein du service de Claims, le/la mécanicien.ne automobile sera chargé.e d'assurer une performance conforme à la stratégie et de fournir des services allégés et excellents avec une qualité et une efficacité élevées. Ton rôle et tes responsabilités consisteront, sans s'y limiter, à veiller à ce que nos opérations se déroulent efficacement, en fournissant des résultats qui soutiennent la croissance de MILES.
Vos tâches
  • Tu surveilles notre flotte à bruxelles d'un point de vue technique.
  • Tu effectues les réparations (par exemple, le remplacement des lampes, le changement des pneus), les contrôles techniques tels que la pression des pneus, la vérification de l'huile et du niveau d'eau directement sur place.
  • Tu t'occupes de la disposition des véhicules en réparation et accidentés et coordonnes les trajets vers l'atelier.
  • Tu étayes la documentation avec des photos avant et après les dommages.
  • Tu installes les innovations techniques de manière autonome et fournis un retour d'information pour améliorer le processus de mise en œuvre.
Tes forces
  • Tu as une formation technique, idéalement en tant que mécatronicien.ne automobile, ou tu as une grande passion pour la mécanique
  • Tu connais très bien les environs de bruxelles et as idéalement de l'expérience dans une fonction similaire ou dans un atelier automobile.
  • Tu es en possession d'un permis de conduire de classe B valide.
  • Tu es très fiable, engagé.e et as un haut degré de responsabilité personnelle.
  • Tu as l'esprit d'équipe et souhaite l'amélioration de la mobilité urbaine avec nous.
  • Tu as d’excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite en néerlandais, français et en anglais.
