Become part of our Customer Care department and support in different topics: fees, invoices & fraud. In difficult situations such as traffic tickets, fraud cases and invoices, you will help our customers with your communicative and solution-oriented manner and ensure that they always receive the best possible advice and support.
Your Responsibility
  • You help our customers to get out of tricky situations by advising them on all aspects of the topics: Traffic tickets, fraud and payment research.

  • You have great problem-solving skills and enjoy advising our customers.

  • You carry out extensive research based on driving data, invoices and other indicators.

  • You dive deep into the challenges of our customers and always approach all special cases in a solution-oriented manner.

  • You are responsible for the written processing of emails, dealing with authorities, external service providers and escalation customers.

Your Experience
  • Open to entry-level applicants with a bachelor degree, bring your enthusiasm, and any experience you have is a bonus !

  • You speak French and English fluently, (notions of Dutch is nice to have).

  • You are very communicative and have excellent manners.

  • You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and can assist our customers flexibly and competently.

  • You already have knowledge of customer service or helpdesk software. If not, we are ready to teach you everything within our training courses ;)
