• You will build and supervise the end-to-end strategy and execution for paid and non-paid customer acquisition at MILES
• You build and scale paid marketing across all existing platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Google UAC, SEM, Affiliates & Display/Programmatic 
• You are responsible to launch experiments and provide data-driven, analytically rigorous insights to test different channels, scale and iterate on the digital marketing strategy
• You implement, manage and improve KPIs across all digital channels to meet quarterly acquisition targets while maintaining CAC
• You will work closely with the marketing intelligence and BI teams to monitor detailed campaign data against KPIs
• You collaborate with the inhouse creative team to rapidly and cost-effectively deliver highly effective static and video ads
• You will set up a forecast and plan financial outcomes for annual budget goals and execute against goals
• You work together with product, business development and customer support teams to deep dive into customer insights to improve conversions across the funnel und adjust acquisition strategy according explored segments
• You are responsible to build and grow up existing teams while fostering a data-driven, highly accountable and growth-focused culture
