Marketing Intelligence Lead (f/m/x/d)
You establish marketing analytics capabilities across growth marketing domains
You’ll set up a scaling attribution model that fits the digital and offline Marketing & Brand requirements
You develop a lifetime value perspective and link it to customer acquisition and retention needs
You analyze user behaviours, define optimal target audiences and key customer segments, measure and evaluate campaign performance (against key metrics) and create budget forecasting
You develop new marketing measurement frameworks with cross-functional stakeholders to capture all parts of the customer journey (from prospect to sign up to active customer)
You connect the dots between different systems, channels, data sources and attribution methods to provide a complete picture of marketing results
You’ll work closely with all marketing, BI, Brand teams and run tests for causal inference against Key-KPIs
You analyze the team performance and connect results to broader business impact
You’ll collaborate with the BI team on data-related marketing operations to ensure proper tracking, attribution, measurement, and analysis (e.g. marketing data infrastructure, data centralization and ETL)
You are responsible to shape the marketing analytics culture through accessible data design & maintenance, as well as building systems, processes and automations
You have 4+ years of experiences in marketing analytics, marketing intelligence, business intelligence or other similar roles (preferably in a high growth environment)
You bring advanced abilities in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets & attribution logic and customer segmentation is a plus
You have extensive knowledge of relevant programming languages (e.g. Python or R) and statistical modelling techniques are an asset
You are skilled in data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau/Domo etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics or equivalent)
You are driven by intellectual curiosity and motivated to know the “Why”
You are willing to dig into complex, ambiguous problems and go beyond the scope of a given problem set to get answers
You have strong project and stakeholder management skills & you are able to prioritize by highest business impact and navigate cross-functional requirements across common goals
You are an exceptional problem-solving talent and you’ve the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where pivots in priorities may be necessary
