Junior Fleet Manager (f/m/x/d)
Your Mission
You support the maintenance and availability of our vehicle fleet from a technical point of view
Reporting and documentation of damage cases and accidents to our claims management team
Documentation and monitoring of inventories
You coordinate a team of mobile mechanics
You coordinate the execution of service and workshop trips as well as transfer transports
You coordinate the repair of technical defects on our vehicles
Drive and support global initiatives to improve MILES overall performance
Your strenghts
You share our passion for vehicles
A high level of commitment and willingness to learn
You are flexible, hands-on and reliable, furthermore you are characterized by an independent way of working and a high readiness for action
You keep a cool head even in emergency situations and work very precisely and conscientiously
You have basic knowledge of vehicle technology and have initial experience with handling accidents or another automotive background
Confident with Google Suite (Gmail, G-Drive, G-Calender) and willingness to learn new tools
Mechanical knowledge is an asset
