Mach unsere Autos zum Highlight. Für unseren exklusiven Abo-Service suchen wir jemanden, der ein Auge fürs Detail hat und weiß, dass der erste Eindruck zählt. Du bist die letzte Instanz, bevor die Kund:innen den Schlüssel übernehmen.
Deine Verantwortung
- Glanzleistung: Du verantwortest die intensive Innen- und Außenreinigung unserer Abo-Fahrzeuge (Polster, Leder, Kunststoffe: du bringst alles zum Strahlen).
- Check & Dokumentation: Du prüfst den Fahrzeugzustand akribisch und hältst alles ordnungsgemäß fest.
- The Big Moment: Du übergibst die Fahrzeuge an unsere Abo-Kund:innen. Dabei bist du das Gesicht unserer Marke, sorgst für eine freundliche Einweisung und einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
- Qualitätsmanagement: Du stellst sicher, dass jedes Fahrzeug unseren hohen Servicestandards entspricht.
Dein Profil
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Fahrzeugaufbereitung oder im Umgang mit Autos gesammelt.
- "Sauber" reicht dir nicht. Du arbeitest gründlich, strukturiert und zuverlässig.
- Service-Gen: Du hast ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und kommunizierst gerne mit Menschen. Erste Erfahrungen im Kundenkontakt sind ein großes Plus.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, eigenverantwortlich und bleibst auch dann cool, wenn es mal stressig wird.
- Du weißt idealerweise schon, welches Reinigungsmittel für welches Material das richtige ist.
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und man kann sich zu 100% auf dich verlassen.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
