Deine Verantwortung
- Du koordinierst die operative Steuerung und die administrative Betreuung unserer Fahrzeugflotte am Standort Hamburg
- Du bist interner und externer Ansprechpartner für alle Frage rund um das Thema "Disposition und Cleaning" unserer Fahrzeuge
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Steuerung unserer Mitarbeitenden und Dienstleistern im Feld
- Bei der Bearbeitung von "Klärfällen" (Fahrzeugabschleppung, Verstöße gegen Ordnungswidrigkeiten, etc.) behältst du den Überblick und triffst pragmatische Entscheidungen
- Du setzt Best Practices um, treibst gleichzeitig die Optimierung unserer Prozesse voran und bringst deine eigenen Ideen ein
- Du unterstützt vor Ort in der Kommunikation mit Behörden und externen Partnern
Dein Profil
- Hamburg ist deine Perle und du teilst unsere Leidenschaft für Fahrzeuge
- Du hast bereits einschlägige Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Rolle gesammelt
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit wirtschaftlichem oder technischem Schwerpunkt
- Du besitzt analytische Fähigkeiten, weist diese zielgerichtet einzusetzen und bringst gute Kenntnisse mit den gängigen MS-Office Produkten mit
- Du bringst nachweisliche Führungserfahrungen mit und hast Freude daran, ein Team zu motivieren, zu entwickeln und zu koordinieren
- Du bist flexibel und zuverlässig, zudem zeichnen dich eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft aus
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (dies ist eine Voraussetzung)
- Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein
