As a Junior Group Accountant, you’ll play a key role in our Group Finance team. You’ll take ownership of essential reporting and consolidation processes, support the alignment between HGB, IFRS, and internal management reporting, and work hands-on with tools like LucaNet. From lease accounting under IFRS 16 to driving improvements in systems and workflows, your work will make an impact from day one.
This role is only suitable for candidates with proven experience in group accounting, IFRS 16 lease accounting, IFRS 9 impairment calculations, and HGB-to-IFRS reconciliations. If you’re passionate about numbers, processes, and bringing structure to a scaling organization, and meet all minimum requirements, we’d love to have you on the ride.
Your Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in Group Accounting or Consolidation
Experience with LucaNet is a plus
Basic knowledge of IFRS with a strong willingness to develop further in this area
Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel skills are a plus
Independent, proactive, and self-reliant working style with a high level of reliability and ability to work under pressure
Strong understanding of business issues and a solution-oriented mindset to support shared goals
Hands-on mentality and willingness to take ownership
Excellent communication skills in German and English
