Du arbeitest sowohl in einer unserer Werkstätten in der Region Neuss, Düsseldorf und Köln als auch mobil auf der Straße. Gemeinsam sorgt ihr dafür, dass unsere Fahrzeugflotte jederzeit einsatzbereit ist und höchste Qualitätsstandards erfüllt.
Deine Verantwortung
- Du unterstützt die Aufrechterhaltung- und Verfügbarkeit unserer Fahrzeugflotte aus technischer Sicht Region Neuss, Düsseldorf und Köln
- Du dokumentierst und überwachst Lagerbestände
- Du koordinierst ein Team von mobilen Mechaniker:innen
- Du koordinierst die Durchführung von Service- und Werkstattfahrten sowie Überführungstransporte
- Du koordinierst die Instandsetzung von technischen Defekten an unseren Fahrzeugen
- Du berichtest und dokumentierst Schadensfälle und Unfälle an unser Claims Management Team
Dein Profil
- Du kennst das Region Neuss, Düsseldorf und Köln und teilst unsere Leidenschaft für Fahrzeuge.
- Hohe Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft
- Du bist flexibel, hands-on und zuverlässig, zudem zeichnen dich eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft aus
- Du hast fahrzeugtechnische Grundkenntnisse und hast erste Erfahrungen mit der Abwicklung von Unfällen oder einen anderen automobilen Background
- Du bringst einen sicheren Umgang mit Google Suite mit (Gmail, G-Drive, G-Calender) und die Lernbereitschaft dich in neue Tools einzuarbeiten
- Du verstehst eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe als selbstverständlich
