CRM Manager (f/m/x)
Your Mission
You develop a deep understanding of the product, customer needs, and customer journey
You create, implement, and measure CRM/Lifecycle campaigns – including channel logics, targeting & triggers, personalization, automations, segmentation and reporting
You coordinate the planning and execution of marketing tactics including data analysis and tracking metrics while leveraging the data for future reports and decisions
You work closely together with the digital marketing teams to integrate CRM best practices in everyday marketing and customer journey
You establish, conduct and report upon A/B testing procedures to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and customer retention
Your Profile
You have at least 2 years of experiences in the Customer-Relationship-Management field
You bring strong analytical skills and a well-structured attitude
You bring a strong background in CRM tactics and in the best case you know how to work with the CRM tools: Braze and SF marketing cloud
You can communicate fluent in german & english
You have ideally first know-how around “vouchers”
