We are looking for you to support our Customer Care Team as a
Quality Specialist (f/m/x) - (English + Dutch + French speaking)
Your Mission
You perform monthly quality checks and share the results with your colleagues in the Q&T team and the Customer Care Team Leads
You will identify any process and knowledge gaps through regular checks, which you will pass on to your Lead or Team Leads
You proactively support the successful development of our Quality and Training area in Customer Care at MILES
You provide ideas for projects to meet and optimize quality standards and implement them with the support of your team and in collaboration with the Customer Care Team Leads
You keep your finger on the pulse of our customers and up to date with their expectations by handling tickets from time to time
Your Profile
You speak French,Dutch andEnglish at a very good level (C2) - any other language is a plus (preferably German)
You can efficiently put your attention to detail into practice
You ideally gained initial experience in the quality assurance of a Customer Care Team
Your very good comprehension skills enable you to quickly overview and adapt complex processes in a dynamic environment
You approach things in a structured way and rely on your analytical skills
You have an empathetic nature and meet your colleagues at eye level
