Localization Engineer (f/m/x)

Your Mission

• You lead the implementation and roll-out of the Translation Management Software: Lokalise
• You’ll work with our stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs and requirements for the software
• You ensure that the software is being utilized to its full potential, and continuously assess its performance and make recommendations for improvements
• You provide trainings and support to users to ensure they are confident in using the software
• You collaborate closely with channel owners and the developer team, and perform admin duties on projects running in the TMS
• You shape the strategic direction of our content management, especially with regard to automation potential and technical enhancements

Your Profile

• You bring strong analytical competence, demonstrated by a degree or relevant training in Computer Science, IT, or another related field
• You have a proven experience in implementing and managing Translation Management Software, specifically “Lokalise”
• You bring a strong technical knowledge and understanding of software development, implementation, and operation
• You are an excellent communicator and you know how to work with stakeholders of all levels
• You have excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage projects from start to finish
• You are fluent in english, basic level of german or any other European language is a plus
